How AI Voice opens every call

Legally required under the EU AI Act since February 2025. Our assistant opens every call with: "Hello, you're speaking with the digital assistant of [business name]." No "pretend-to-be-human" games. Honest with your customers, compliant with the law — and from experience: callers appreciate it.

Where the assistant stops and forwards

For complex questions, urgencies, or explicit requests to speak to you personally, the assistant warmly forwards the call. If that fails (you're on another call or in the car), it neatly notes all info and sends you an SMS summary. You decide during configuration what "complex" means for your business.

How quickly is the assistant live?

Five to seven business days after your approval. Configuration takes 1-2 hours; then thorough testing before going live.

Does the assistant sound human or robotic?

Natural Dutch voice, familiar across Flanders — no dialect, no Holland accent. Callers can hear it's a digital assistant (legally required), but the conversation feels human.

What happens if I exceed my calls cap?

SMS notification from 80% of your cap. Above 100% it keeps working at €0.50 per extra call. After 3 months above cap, we proactively suggest an upgrade.

How does the assistant handle sensitive situations — insurance, complaints, urgencies?

You decide during the intake what the assistant does with insurance cases, complaints, or urgencies. Default behavior for contractors: warm forwarding for urgencies (leaks, no heating), neatly noting insurance calls with SMS to you. Fully configurable per sector.

What if I don't have a website yet?

We solve that too — webdesign is our main activity. AI Voice works fine without a website (your customers will call anyway), but for new leads finding you via Google, a website is essential. Discover the options: webdesign packages →

Fine print

  • All amounts are exclusive of VAT. The final price depends on the actual scope and is always confirmed in a quote.
  • Calls caps apply per calendar month. Unused calls do not roll over to the next month.
  • First 3 months of contract non-cancellable; afterwards monthly cancellation without termination fee.
  • The above-cap price of €0.50 per extra call may be indexed annually in line with our suppliers.
  • External software (CRMs, calendars outside Google or Microsoft) is not included unless explicitly mentioned in the quote.
  • The assistant identifies itself as a digital assistant at the start of every call — legally required under the EU AI Act and not negotiable.
