1. Identity

2. Scope
These terms apply to all quotes, agreements and invoices of Maxlinq, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
3. Quotes and prices
Quotes are valid for [30] days. All prices are exclusive of 21% VAT, unless otherwise stated. Work outside the agreed scope is discussed in advance and charged separately.
4. Performance and delivery
Maxlinq carries out assignments carefully and to the best of its ability. Timelines are indicative. The client provides the necessary content and feedback on time; any delay in this shifts the planning.
5. Payment
Invoices are payable within [14] days. For projects, an advance of [X]% may be requested before the start. In the event of late payment, statutory interest and a fixed compensation of [X] euro apply.
6. Subscription services
Maxlinq Care can be cancelled monthly. Paid voice assistant plans have a minimum term of 3 months, after which they can be cancelled monthly. Cancellation is done by email before the start of the next billing period.
7. Ownership
After full payment, the client becomes the owner of the delivered website: code, content and domain name are registered in the client's name. Maxlinq may mention the delivered work as a reference, unless the client refuses this in writing.
8. Liability
Maxlinq's liability is limited to the amount invoiced for the assignment concerned. Maxlinq is not liable for indirect damage, such as loss of turnover or data loss caused by third parties.
9. Governing law
Belgian law applies to every agreement. Disputes are submitted to the competent court of [district].
